What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request deletion of your Stellaxa account, the following actions are taken:

Your account is permanently deactivated and you will lose access to all Stellaxa services associated with that account. This includes your palm reading history, saved readings, personal preferences, and any other data linked to your account. Account deletion is irreversible — once processed, your account and data cannot be recovered.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Your account profile information (name, email address, profile picture).

Palm reading images and scan data you have uploaded.

Your reading history and saved readings.

Personal preferences and app settings.

Usage analytics linked to your account.

Any other personally identifiable data associated with your account.

Data That May Be Retained

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after account deletion for the following legitimate reasons:

Transaction records and billing information, as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (retained for the period mandated by Slovenian and EU law).

Records necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Anonymized and aggregated data that can no longer identify you (this data is not personal data under GDPR).

Any retained data is kept only for as long as required by law, after which it is permanently deleted. We will clearly inform you if any of your data falls under a legal retention requirement.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Stellaxa account using any of the following methods:

Method 1 — From within the app: Open the Stellaxa app, go to Settings, and select "Delete Account." Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Method 2 — Via email: Send an email to info@stellaxa.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your Stellaxa account so we can verify your identity and process your request.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

Processing Timeline

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your verified request, in accordance with GDPR requirements. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

In exceptional cases requiring additional time (e.g., complex data processing or legal review), we may extend the processing period by up to two additional months. If this occurs, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for the delay within the initial 30-day period.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Google Play.

After account deletion, you may create a new account, but your previous data will not be available.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a user in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

The right to access your personal data (Article 15).

The right to rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16).

The right to erasure / right to be forgotten (Article 17).

The right to restriction of processing (Article 18).

The right to data portability (Article 20).

The right to object to processing (Article 21).
