Delete Your Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This is known as the "right to erasure" or "right to be forgotten" (Article 17 GDPR). You can request deletion of specific data while keeping your Stellaxa account active.

You may request deletion of the following types of personal data:

Palm reading images and scan data.

Individual reading history entries or your complete reading history.

Personal preferences and app settings.

Usage data and analytics linked to your account.

Any other specific personal data you have provided to us.

Please specify which data you would like deleted when submitting your request.

Certain data may need to be retained even after a deletion request, in accordance with legal obligations:

Data required for compliance with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations under Slovenian and EU law.

Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Data that has been anonymized and can no longer be linked to you (anonymized data is not personal data under GDPR).

If any of your data falls under a legal retention requirement, we will inform you and explain the reason and expected retention period.

Send an email to info@stellaxa.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." In your email, please include:

The email address associated with your Stellaxa account.

A description of the specific data you want deleted (or confirm you want all non-essential data removed).

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

We will process your data deletion request without undue delay and within 30 days of receiving your verified request, as required by GDPR Article 12(3).

If your request is complex or we have received multiple requests from you, the processing period may be extended by up to two additional months. We will inform you of any extension within the initial 30-day period, along with the reasons for the delay.

You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been deleted.

Once your data is deleted:

The deleted data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Your Stellaxa account remains active and functional.

Some app features may have reduced functionality until new data is generated through your continued use.

Any third-party processors who received your data will also be instructed to delete it, in accordance with GDPR Article 17(2).

In addition to the right to erasure, you have the following rights under GDPR:

The right to access your personal data (Article 15).

The right to rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16).

The right to restriction of processing (Article 18).

The right to data portability (Article 20).

The right to object to processing (Article 21).

The right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 7).
