These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Stellaxa application and website.

Stellaxa provides AI-powered divination readings including palm reading, tarot, astrology, dream interpretation, coffee reading, crystal ball, moon readings, lucky numbers, and natal charts.

All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Stellaxa uses a virtual currency called Stars to access readings. Stars can be purchased through the app and are non-refundable once used for a reading.

Star balances are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users. Unused stars remain in your account indefinitely.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

All readings and interpretations provided by Stellaxa are generated by artificial intelligence. They should not be considered professional advice of any kind — including medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Stellaxa readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of Stellaxa — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Stellaxa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Stellaxa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any readings or content.

In no event shall Stellaxa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Stellaxa immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused stars in your account at the time of termination are forfeited.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

Continued use of Stellaxa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
