Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stellaxa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Stellaxa application and website.

Stellaxa provides AI-powered divination readings including palm reading, tarot, astrology, dream interpretation, coffee reading, crystal ball, moon readings, lucky numbers, natal charts, and Stella — a conversational oracle you can chat with. All readings and chat replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Stars: Stellaxa uses a virtual currency called Stars to access readings. Stars can be purchased in the app or on stellaxa.com and are non-refundable once used for a reading. Star balances are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users. Unused stars remain in your account indefinitely.

Stellaxa Pass (subscription): Stellaxa offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Stellaxa Pass, which unlocks unlimited chat with Stella, removes ads, and opens every reading type subject to fair-use limits shown in the app. Available periods and prices are shown before you buy and may vary by region. Where offered, a free trial converts into a paid subscription, and an introductory price into the regular price, unless you cancel before it ends.

Purchases on stellaxa.com: on the website you can buy Stars, a personal love reading, or a Stellaxa Pass subscription. Before you pay we show the price and, for a subscription, any introductory price, the regular price and the date it starts. The Pass works for readings on stellaxa.com and in the app when you log in with the same account. A one-time love reading is a single purchase: it is not a subscription and does not include the Pass.

Billing and cancellation: subscriptions bought in the app are billed through your Google Play account; subscriptions bought on stellaxa.com are billed by our payment provider. Both renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel an app subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, and a website subscription from the link in your purchase receipt email. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and withdrawal: refunds for app purchases follow Google Play's refund policies; for website purchases contact us at info@stellaxa.com. Your statutory rights are not affected. For consumers in the EU and the UK: by asking for digital content to be delivered immediately you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it has been delivered.

App payments are processed by Google Play and website payments by Stripe through RevenueCat, our billing provider; we never receive your card or bank details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

All readings and interpretations provided by Stellaxa are generated by artificial intelligence. They should not be considered professional advice of any kind — including medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Stellaxa readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of Stellaxa — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Stellaxa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Stellaxa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any readings or content.

In no event shall Stellaxa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Stellaxa immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused stars in your account at the time of termination are forfeited.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

Continued use of Stellaxa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
